  1. Add option to display the text title of the the trade code

    Add option to display the text title of the the trade code in the black boxes located in each project. For example instead of just displaying "02934" it can display "02934 Hydraulic Seeding",
    It would create a larger list but would be much faster to navigate.

  2. provide a recap sheet of bidders for yes no or unsure responses

    ON the Bidders list, once bid sent having ability to review who has responded on that same list by trade all - of bidders responses yes/ no / or unsure would be really helpful- as opposed to having to do this manually. would take a step out of process of confirm that you have coverage-

  3. Adding trades in phases

    Sometimes I add bidders to projects in phases. When I go back to add bidders in a second phase there is no way of knowing what trades I already added without going to the bidders list and writing down all the trades. It would be nice if the trades I've already invited were highlighted in the list when I go back in to invite others.

  4. Include a report print out for just "Unsure" like you have for "Yes," "No," and "Unconfirmed"

  5. Delete Bidding Status for Rebids

    When you have to rebid and use the same list of subs, it will currently show Bidding Status and Dollar amount of bid received from prior issue.
    When you rebid with the same list of subs, can all subs revert back to UNC
    status, zero out dollar value from previous issue and NO for bid received.

  6. Add Name Search when selecting subs

    When you are selecting bidders for a project, it would be good to have a name search. The Estimators may not always know the CSI code and it would be easier than going into the sub to check and then back to the project.

  7. Search Default to Company Name in all cases

    Please have search result in default sort by Company Name

    In addition, possible to have back result in the same sort as was on the screen?

    Making this a download Excel Version so that you can track bounces and drop corrections as you are working on fixing them.

  9. Put email log next to bidders list

    Is there anyway under the master bid list there can be a feature to show if that company has opened the email/not opened/bounced? I think this would be extremely helpful especially since some of our contacts are no longer active.

  10. Create instructions on the procore integrations

    Create a paper for the fields etc that map to the procore integrations.

  11. need more than yes/no/unc as confirmed bidders

    Most times responses are not so clear cut - need: Might Bid, Will look at, If they have time, reqd dwgs/specs, not sure yet, i have gotten allt hese responses on EVERY project we bid and no way to let the PM see this - so I print out the list and write it in - then the boss askes why I am not using PLS... OR just give us a blank line we can type these diff scenarios in ourselves!

  12. Speed up fax log loading time.

    Fax log and email logs take a while to load. Reduce page-load time.

  13. ADD a YES or NO bidding button on the invitation sheet

    when we send out and invitation to bid sheet most subs do not take the time to click on the link and respond YES or NO to bidding. it would be incredibly easy for them and us if you could ADD or CHANGE the respond and view online planroom to having a bid button that says YES or NO and link it directly to the contact. this would be very effecient.

  14. bid reminder

    Add a function to the Alerts tab that allows a setting to be made for BID DUE DATE REMINDER to be sent to those who have replied YES.

  15. Add a Sealed Bid Feature

    For Sealed Bids, electronically submitted bids need to be hidden until bid day and time.
