  • Map projects that were created separately in each system.
  • Import (pull) Drawings from Procore into PreconSuite.
The current default data fields that will integrate are:
  • Project Name
  • Site Meeting Date and Time
  • Bid Date and Time
 Integration Instructions:

(Note: If you have not connected PreconSuite with Procore via the PreconSuite app in the Procore Marketplace, follow the steps in our Setup article).
  1. Click Projects in the left menu to launch your Projects list.

NOTE: If you haven't mapped your Business Unit(s), you will be prompted to Select a Business unit to map first. (Refer to our Procore Integration Setup article if you need more information).

  2.  The next screen will show your Projects. Click "Import Projects" if you would like pull projects from Procore and import them into PreconSuite.

Use the pull-down to find and click on one or more, or search by Project Name and select.

  3.  Another option is to push projects from PreconSuite into Procore using the "Create" button.

  4.  The third option is to map projects that are already created in both systems. Click on the Procore Project Name pull-down to find the project, then click the "Map" button to the right.

  5.  If you already have several projects in both systems that you would like to map, click the "Predict Mappings" button.

  6.    To filter your Projects by Only Mapped or Only Unmapped, click the Filter button in the upper right.

  7.  If your company has more than one Business Unit, you can switch Business Units at the top of the screen.

  8.    Settings:

     a. Automation:
The Automation settings allow Auto-import, update, delete Projects.  You can change the settings as shown below.

    b. Caching:
Click the "Force Refresh Project Cache" button if you recently created a project in Procore but do not see it in the "Import Projects" list. (We use Caching to speed the page-load times of your Procore projects).

If the setting "Auto-update Projects" is unchecked, you will need to click the Sync button at the top of the Projects screen.

The setting in the lower left allows you to Log Out or switch to another Integration.
