  9. Allow company lists to be filtered by multiple groups at a time similar to selecting bidders for a project.

When selecting bidders for a project I can filter the companies from multiple groups at the same time but when creating a list of companies by trade or division I can only filter one group. We often need to filter by multiple groups to get the list than we need for the project / area we are working. Please allow multiple group filters for lists.

  14. Add bids won % at the top of Bidder Cards

Currently there does not appear to be a way to track the bids awarded versus the number of bids turned in per subcontractor. It would be nice to see this stat at the top with the other bid stats per subcontractor.

  17. Company notes should be editable and deletable

In the old UI, company notes were not editable but the were delete-able, in the new UI these notes should be treated the same way as the notes are in individual projects, making them both editable and delete-able, in case there are changes or an error is made.

  18. Contact Sending Preference Default

When selecting a specific contact for a project, the pop up screen defaults to "Apply this setting to everything from now on". W feel like the default should be, the less destructive "Apply this setting only to this project". We have had users hastily click OK inadvertently making a global change.

  19. Add an "Update My Info" button directly on Bid Invite email.

Subs are often emailing back changes to their estimator contacts. It would be more efficient if they could click an update button within the emailed invite to launch the "Update My Info" screen.

In the old UI you can go to: Project Options - Bidder List - Bidders by Group - and select what group to display in an alphanumeric list. New UI is missing the 'By Group' option. Please add.
