Option to allow adding bidder for all trades associated with the company.
When adding bidders allow an option to add bidder for all trades associated with the company. As it is now you have to individually select the individual trades and if you don't remember each trade that is attached to the company you can miss requesting a bid for the trade. Adding this option will allow for more complete coverage so you don't forget to ask a bidder to submit for a particular trade.

Another Format of a Notice once the project has been awarded
Can you create a different notice format after a project has been awarded that doesn't state anything about bidding the project anymore. To many times when I send out a construction Bulletin Notice I get asked if this is out for re-bid. I already took out the bid date notice so that bid date doesn't show up anymore, but I don't know how to fix under the summary when it says "you responded Yes/NO what ever to bidding. If you change your mind......."

Add "Owner Bid Date" and replace "GC Bid Date" with "Sub-Contractor Bid Date"
Just a heads up, some subs are getting confused over "GC bid date", because of room for interpretation.
If we had one that says, “Owner Bid Date” and another one that says, “Sub-Contractor Bid Date” it might distinguish exactly what we are looking for.
Some even in the office here interpret that “GC Bid Date” is when GC submits bid to Owner, while others may interpret that this is for “Sub-contractors to submit to GC.
Having “Owner Bid Date” would tremendously clear that up! And instead of GC bid date, replace “GC” with Sub-Contractor. Because GCs submit their quotes to…

Create a Post Bid Notification Room for all projects.
Let each GC have their own page within their system to post project updates. Could be one room and list all of that GC's projects.Example:

Put line feed(s) between Bids Due line and To/From line so it's not so crammed
Put line feed(s) between Bids Due line and To/From line so it's not so crammed (basically space out the top portion a little more so it's not so crammed looking). Also, can the form be a little more user friendly that we can customize the sheet ourselves?

Create a generic "Please reply" document and allow it to be sent from with in the OPR access report
Create a generic "Please reply" document that can be quickly sent to unconfirmed bidders.
Also, create a mechanism where this can be sent to unconfirmed bidders from within the OPR access report or to unconfirmed bidders who have accessed the OPR. They would seem to be the most likey unconfirmed bidders to turn into "Yes" bidders.

No jumping back to Dashboard when making changes in Project Lists
When I am archiving projects in my Sent Project List, it keeps sending me back to the Dashboard. It would be great if it would jump back to the list I was working with.

Allow GC to Add RFI's & responses received from Sub not sent thru pipeline.
It would be nice if the GC could add RFI's with Responses to Pipeline. Some subs send emails direct instead using the RFI thru Pipeline. This could be generic no subs name just questions and answers and make it available to subs thru the project. Once a new RFI is added and response is entered we could send out a notice that new a RFI or response has been added.

Notes, Notes and more notes
We need the ablility to see notes for a contact, no matter where we are or in what record. Especially when we are selecting our bidders. Just having the little blue box would be great. Mostly we use the keyword search and the results do not show that there.

Show "User Defined Field" on "Bidders by Trade" printouts
Allow us to select any “User Defined Field” to show on our “Bidders List Print View”. For example if the “User Defined Field” contains Union Affiliation then we can select whether we can show/hide this on the "Bidders for Trade" printout as a Y/N under Union, next to the Y/N that they are bidding.

Share plans and documents, NOT via Invitation to Bid
We frequently need to share plans for budgeting or other reasons, but the project is not bidding. It would be nice to be able to create a project and send a link to a subcontractor but in a way that does not look like an Invitation to Bid.
