Lock and Unlock Groups
Lock and Unlock Groups. After bid day- we make sure and make sure all bidders are entered into the Pipeline database. It is time consuming to have to follow so many steps, tabs etc. if we could at least lock the grouping it would be one less step when entering a large amount of subs from the same area in one setting.

Sending email should contain link to project
When you are in the master bidder list for a given project. You select a subcontractor and select 'send email' from the menu it opens an email message for you to type. Could we have Pipeline create a link to the project area for that subcontractor so they can access the OPR directly from our email?

Select Bidders
When selecting bidders on a project it would be useful to have a link to open a map to where project is located and also utilize the subs addresses and show their locations on a map

Bidders List -
Give an option for the bidders list to be printed in "portrait" orientation, rather than just "landscape" orientation. In lanscape, when entire list is printed double-sided, following the pages is confusing. In portrait, double-sided printing would read just like a book would.

Have a print screen option for company profiles
Right now, when you print a company's information, anything off screen (such as multiple email addresses) is cut off in the print out.

Share files
It would be nice to be able to share files through pipeline; like you are able to do with sharefile. This way all your bidding and sharing files can be in one place vs having to have two programs

Can the print in the ITB header be made a little larger?
On faxes the To, Attn, Address and Phone numbers are difficult to read. A little larger font would help.

When copying from a previous project, sort the list of jobs by the bid date (and show the bid date).

Good Faith Effort Report
Instead of printing our 3 or 4 reports, Please add a "Select All Groups" or the ability to choose multiple groups on report exporting. We only want submit 1 page without editing when giving the "Good Faith Effort" report in our bid.

Add an "All bidders" tab to Bidder's by Trade screen
Add an "All bidders" tab to the Bidder's List --> Bidder's By Trade screen. This would allow a review of the bidders by trade without having to click on the full report.

Be able to export a coverage report for multiple projects at one time.
I am often calling contractors to follow up on their proposals, and it would be helpful to have a master list of all jobs they are invited to bid on. This would also be helpful information for estimators.
