    Can you create a different notice that you can send after the bids are due that would not have the Bid Due Date or have the Will you be Bidding button at the bottom.

  3. Project Info Screen: Add Bid time to new Bid Due Date, and Move Bid Times to right of Bid Date

    Now that there is a GC Login option in Admin>My Record>User Preferences, there needs to be a bid time for new/second Bid Due Date. Move the bid time pull-down to the right of the Bid Date field (omit the field heading "Bid Time" since it is understood). This way, it looks clean and easy to understand with both bid times to the right of Bid Dates when user wants to input both the sub Bid Date and the GC Bid Date.

    GC Bid Date is now a user preference to Show or Not on the invitation and on the Project info screen. It will default to Not show.
    Older projects may need a Bid Date input, so before sending an older project make sure to Preview before sending to make sure it is showing your desired Bid Date and Time.
    Now both bid dates have a Bid Time and are working properly, showing on all Project lists and on the Bid Calendar (shows GC Bid Date unless there is none, then it will show the standard (Sub) Bid Date. Next we are working on the user option to show both Bid dates in different colors on your Bid Calendar.

  4. Modify Trades of Multiple Companies.

    Make it easier to modify trades of a company or many companies - there are too many steps to accomplish this task right now for one company and is very time consuming to change or update many companies.

  6. Allow Notices to be Templated/Copied over to a new project

    It would be nice to have Notice Templates that i can create and use over and over, similar to the Copy Project or Copy Bid List feature.

  8. Optional Subcontractor Terms of Use Agreement for Subs logging into Plan Room

    Allow Admin to show our customized "Terms of Use" that they must agree to before logging into the Plan Room. Allow Admin user to turn this function on or off.

    You now have the option of creating your own “Terms of Use Agreement” that your subcontractors must read and accept before they can log into your pipelineOPR online plan room. It is under Admin>System Preferences>User Defined Fields. Just change from “Disabled” to “Enabled”, paste in your Terms, and click “Update Terms”.

  9. Add a report showing all uploaded bids per project.

    Having a report that shows which subs have uploaded bids would allow us to confirm which bids we have received thru pipeline.

  10. Mark a subcontractor as a "favorite"

    Be able to mark a subcontractor as a "favorite". That way you can sort bid list and ensure that they were selected for a project.

  12. embed Plans section in portal if OPR not used

    If no plans uploaded, insert the verbiage from the "Plans" text box from the project so that subs can see the link to download plans elsewhere, eliminating the calls "it says no plans, where are the plans".

    Once saved from the first page, you cannot edit a notice.

  14. Have the ability to modify text in an addendum like you can on summary page

    Be able to modifty the text (i.e., size, color) on addenda like you can on the summary page for scope, plans, other.

  16. Add a function where you can delete Prequalification forms that come in that were submitted before being completed.

    I have 2 Prequalification Forms sitting in my "Declined" box that should be deleted. This can get confusing for the individuals who are deciding which subcontractors to use.

  18. Custom Setup of Default for Fax or Email as Preference in Communications

    Currently when setting up a new company the default setting shows that both email and fax boxes are checked as the preferred means of contact. We need to be able to set "our preferred" means of communications without having to remember to uncheck a box.

  19. Assigning Trades to Individual Users

    Be able to assign trades on a specific job to a specific user. Ex. job A, trades 1-5 user A, trades 6-10 user B, and so on. And then allow user A to send notices/invites etc. on behalf of other users based on assigned trades. This would also open up an opportunity for a "MyTrades" button that allows quick tracking of user A's trades on current multiple jobs that he/she is responsible for.

    This can now be handled using Bid Packages, where each Bid Package can be assigned separate Project Contacts. Also, click on the new "My Projects" button in the upper right of the Bid Calendar to view all the projects you are involved in (either as Project Lead or as a Project Contact).

  20. allow multiple divisions within a company to send tenders (ie. mechanical vs. electrical)

    Multiple divisions have differing company logos, contacts, etc. that would be great to be able to differentiate when sending different tenders.
